Who is answering my phone calls?

The AnswerLinks people answering your phone calls are professional receptionists who are highly trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. We can confidently say that they have you and your business’s best interest in mind. 

Where is AnswerLinks located? 

We operate in two physical locations: Bozeman, Montana, and Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Our receptionists, meanwhile, work remotely and live throughout the United States. 

Why should I use AnswerLinks? 

We answer calls, screen for spam, take messages, answer common questions, and gather basic caller information. It’s like having a full-time receptionist at a fraction of the cost. 

Does AnswerLinks answer all of my calls live? 

Every call that we receive is answered live by one of our receptionists unless you elect to have a pre-recorded greeting or pre-screening message.  

Can I keep my existing phone number?  

Yes! You may forward your existing phone number to us. That said, you can choose to use your existing number all the time, part of the time, or on a delayed basis. 

What is the process for transferring calls to me? 

Calls are answered by a live receptionist with your custom greeting. After asking the caller's name, the receptionist briefly places the caller on hold. The receptionist then contacts you and asks whether you would like to receive  the call. If accepted, the call is transferred immediately. If declined, the receptionist either connects the call to voicemail or takes a written message and promptly delivers it to you by your preferred method. 

Can you transfer calls to my cell phone or home phone? 

Our receptionists can transfer calls to any phone number. 

What if I don’t want my calls transferred? What other ways can I receive my messages? 

No problem! We can deliver your call and message details by way of: 1) a HIPAA-compliant app; 2) your secure client portal that you can log into from any device; 3) email, text or fax. It’s your choice! 

How do you know when I’m available to take calls?

How do I forward my lines? 

For most businesses, it's as simple as dialing a code from your office phone. Bre, our Director of Client Relations, will gladly walk you through the process. 

Where do you provide service? 

Across the United States and its territories. 

Do I need to sign a long-term contract? 

If for any reason you must cancel your service, we require 30 days notice.
